On site, on a planned trip. We book London well ahead and make the visit worth it: a full day, or two days for different groups, and we will pair it with other UK or European work where we can. Online is available at the start of the London day, which is evening in Sydney, and we are upfront about that so nobody is surprised by the slot. We do not pretend to be down the road.

Copilot Chat comes with most Microsoft 365 plans and works like a web chat that knows nothing about your files. Microsoft 365 Copilot is the paid add-on that sits inside Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint and can read what the user can read. Most disappointment we see comes from staff using the first and being told they have the second. Sorting out who actually has which licence is the first thing we do.

Copilot shows a person what they already have permission to open. What changes is that a document buried in a SharePoint site nobody visits is now one question away. So the exposure is your permission sprawl, made visible. The fix is a pass over sharing settings, sensitivity labels and restricted search before rollout, and we walk your IT team through what to check.

Copilot respects the permissions your tenant already enforces, and no more than that. If a person can open a matter file, Copilot can read it for them. So information barriers hold if your permissions hold, and most firms find they have not checked in years. We walk your IT and risk teams through what to check before the wider rollout, and we do not run the session on live client matters without your say-so.

Team workshops start from USD 5,500 for groups of 5 or more. We invoice from Australia in US dollars because we have no UK entity, and trainer travel is quoted separately and upfront. A discovery call gets you a firm number.

Inside your Microsoft 365 tenant's boundary, and where that physically sits depends on the region your tenant was set up in. Microsoft does not use commercial Copilot prompts to train its models. We give a current answer for your firm on the discovery call, along with what it means for the obligations your regulator sets, rather than publishing one that goes stale.

AI 101 is a half day and gets everyone using Copilot inside Word, Outlook, Teams and Excel on their own work. AI 201 is a full day for the people who own the templates, building agents in Copilot Studio the team keeps. AI 301 runs two to eight weeks for technical teams extending Copilot with your own data. For a London trip we usually run 101 for the whole floor on day one and 201 for the builders on day two.
