A Slack or Teams channel with the trainer in it, a refresher session, and a check on whether the Projects built in the room are still in use. That last part is where most training quietly fails.

Frequently asked questions

Team is the plan for most organisations under a few hundred seats: shared Projects, admin controls, and Anthropic does not train on your data. Enterprise adds SSO, audit logs, role-based access, a larger context window and a procurement process. Which one you need depends on your risk function more than your headcount, and it is the first thing we sort out on the call. Do not buy either before it.

Yes, the people side of it. We help you pick the plan, set up SSO, admin roles and the connectors you are comfortable with, seed shared Projects before launch, and train a first cohort who then support everyone else. Procurement and the contract stay between you and Anthropic.

Cowork is the part of Claude that works through a multi-step task on your files rather than replying to one message at a time. We cover it in AI 201: which jobs suit it, how to brief it, and how to review its work before anything leaves the building.

Not on Team or Enterprise plans. On free and individual Pro accounts the terms are different, and that is the real exposure in most organisations: staff using personal logins with no admin visibility. The fix is the right plan plus a written rule, and we do both.

It depends on the plan and on whether you use Claude directly or through a cloud provider, and the answer changes as Anthropic adds regions. We keep a current answer rather than publishing one that goes stale, and we give it on the discovery call along with what it means for your obligations.

AI 101 is a half day and gets everyone using Claude on their own work. AI 201 is a full day for power users building Claude Projects the team keeps. AI 301 runs two to eight weeks for technical teams working with the API. Most teams start with 101 and book 201 within a month.

Often both, for different jobs. Claude is stronger on long documents, careful reasoning and writing that has to be right: contracts, board papers, submissions. ChatGPT has the broader consumer feature set. We train on whichever you already pay for, and we will say plainly if you are paying for the wrong one.

Yes, under AI 301, for technical teams. It is a different session with a different audience and we do not mix it into the business workshops.
