Microsoft Copilot training: your team has the seats. They're not using them.
You are paying for Copilot seats that sit idle. We run a hands-on Copilot course for your team in Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams, built on the work they already do, at your office or online.
Team workshops from USD 5,500 for groups of 5 or more. The discovery call is free and takes 30 minutes.

Sound Familiar?
You bought Copilot. Nothing changed.
Most Singapore businesses activate Copilot licences, send a link to their team, and hope for the best. Here's what actually happens:
Licences Sitting Idle
Your team logged in once, tried a generic prompt, got a mediocre result, and went back to doing things manually. You're burning budget every month.
No Structured Rollout
Without role-specific training and clear use cases, people don't know what to use Copilot for. Adoption stalls with the few who were keen from the start.
Generic Training Didn't Stick
Microsoft's own tutorials and vendor webinars teach features, not workflows. Your team watched a demo and forgot everything by Friday.
What we do differently
Training built around your actual workflows
We don't teach Copilot features. We build practical workflows your team can use immediately in their real work.
Role-Based Playbooks
Every role gets a reusable prompt library built around their actual tasks, not generic demos. Finance, ops, sales, HR each get their own playbook.
Microsoft 365 Workflow Mastery
Hands-on sessions where your team builds workflows in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams that they can repeat daily. No theory, just execution.
Governance Guardrails
Safe-use policies, quality review checkpoints, and clear escalation paths so leadership can roll adoption out without surprises.
Beyond the sidebar
Copilot agents and Copilot Cowork, built for your team
Asking Copilot a question is the first step. The hours come back when it runs the multi-step jobs your team repeats every week.
Copilot agents for repeat work
Agents built in Copilot Studio or Agent Builder, grounded on your SharePoint content: a policy answerer, a proposal drafter, an onboarding guide. Built in the session by the people who will own them.
Copilot Cowork, briefed properly
Cowork carries a task across Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams instead of answering one prompt. We show your team which jobs to hand it, how to brief it, and how to check the result before it goes anywhere.
Permissions before agents
An agent can read whatever the person running it can read. We walk your IT team through sharing, labels and restricted search first, so an agent does not surface a file nobody meant to share.
Copilot Studio training
Copilot Studio is Microsoft's tool for building your own Copilot agents. We train the people who will own them, hands-on, with agents grounded in your own SharePoint content.
The session covers how to point an agent at the right content and how to write instructions it follows the same way every time. Then we test it together before anyone else relies on it. Simple agents can be built in Agent Builder, inside Copilot itself. Copilot Studio is for the power users and IT staff who need more control than that.

What Our Clients Say
What teams like yours say
From our post-training survey, n=220
“Attended a training session with AI Ready and found it really valuable. The content was clear, practical, and well-paced, with plenty of real-world examples that made it easy to see how to apply what we learned straight away. The trainer was knowledgeable and happy to answer questions throughout. Would definitely recommend to others looking to get up to speed on AI tools.”
“Fantastic AI training company - super patient with a bunch of beginners (so we did the first module, there are more advanced ones as you progress through), adapted the session to the room's pace, used language we could understand, explained the new world of AI and AI lingo in laymans terms and never lost patience. Could not recommend Brett and Andy more highly.”
“Jesse and Lachy were fantastic, they were super patient and clear with their instructions, and made sure everyone was feeling comfortable and on the same page before continuing through the content. The content itself was extremely transferable and I will certainly be taking what I’ve learned away from the sessions to begin experimenting with my new found skills. I would certainly recommend them as an AI trainer for anyone looking”
